Hello! I am Grace, a positive bubbly young graduate with a first class degree in Philosophy and a current masters student. Many people don't understand what philosophy consists of or how this may apply to my tutoring business so let me explain! 

'Philo', literally translate to 'love of wisdom' and that has been the fuel for my educational journey. Philosophy, including the study of ethics, religion, and metaphysics, has incredibly developed my critical thinking skills, and my reading, writing and research skills. It is much more obvious how this would make me a great philosophy and religious studies tutor, but it also make for an amazing English tutor too!

In 2024, I worked for a charity in primary schools across the Trafford borough working one-to-one with year 6 children with additional SEMH needs to support them with the transition to secondary school. I created my own individualised worksheets for each child depending on their personalities and needs, and acted as a positive role model. This inspired me to go into tutoring.
